Mine are grown and out of the house now.

Always had my legs together when they were across my lap.
If squirming, would lock his legs between my legs.

Over my lap cause I was spanked that way and feel it is the best way.

How do you get them there? Told to come to me. When I was sitting in the chair. Or on side of bed if was in other home visiting someone.

I also always spanked in the living room while sitting on an
armless chair.
I had to bring my youngest one by the hand to where I was sitting. Stripped from was down.
I did assist them getting on lap.
