I am as much as possible a "where and when" spanker, and have no problem spanking in front of whom ever as long as I know them and they me, one must be careful.

Usually when I am going to spank, they have been warned, depending on the situation I have talked to them about their behavior, warned them. So then when I know I am going to spank, they know as I will tell them I am going to spank you. If it’s a serious offense then it is an automatic spanking with no warning, they know this and my rules. At times they will reach back and grab their bottom.

I am not concerned in the least if the one I am going to spank bare is embarrassed, I believe the embarrassment factor brings the spankings up a notch or three and is very useful as a deterrent for siblings and friends of theirs, as a reminder of and seeing and or hearing the consequences for bad behavior. I will usually hear them asking me not to spank in front of, and can we go upstairs, that is always met with the same response, if they didn't want others to see (hear) their spanking, then they should have behaved.

That said, to quote my Sarah... “I never made a point to spank with others present, but I have also never made a point to 'not' spank with others present.”

But the same thing is applied if they act up, upstairs or somewhere in private, that is where I spank. If they are in their bedroom and earn a spanking then I will spank sitting on their bed but with the door opened.
