I am a good size woman, 5'10 with good size, long, strong hands that are great for delivering a memorable hand spanking to a bare bottom, my right hand is also good when I give hard swats over a clothed bottom, both boys at 13 and 16 will cry from my hard fast swats, not like they do when spanked but you know what I mean. Our daughter Phoebe would also when she was younger, she is 20 her last spanking she was 18 but I did give her 5 hard swats on her 19 year old bottom over her nightgown that had her gasping and going up on her toes, it was a shock to her.
