How many would say the weather has been a factor in spankings?
The children can not go outside or go anywhere so they are “cooped” up inside resulting in them getting bored and agitated even though you have tried telling them things to do to help get their mind off the weather but ultimately resulting in them getting a spanking which definitely got their mind off the weather.
