Thank you for your kind words. I feel so blessed with all of my family. And we are all so excited with my youngest getting married this coming June.

Yes, it was most certainly a shock for Jason when I announced he earned himself a spanking. I think part of that is why it made it worse for him as I heard the old "What?? I am too old for spankings, Mom." Which I quickly reminded him he most certainly was not.

I have never spanked Paula and never really came close to doing so. Although with how she quickly became like another daughter (well before becoming my daughter-in-law), if she had done something where I felt she needed a spanking, I certainly would have given her one. And with how she looked at me like a second mom, I know she would not have refused it.

I am fortunate that all of my children live relatively close. No more than an hour away for all of them. My oldest and her family live the closest at only around 15 minutes. Paula and Jason are around 45 minutes. I do wish they were a little closer, but we see one another often enough. And Grandma talks to the grandkids often on the phone or FaceTime. :)
