All spankings in this house are always administered on their bare bottoms. Once they remove their pants and undies, it is over my knee for a well-deserved hand and paddle spanking. Even with my three teens, I know the spanking is teaching them a lesson. They still kick and squirm and do the spanky dance while sobbing.
