No frozen bottoms, it doesn't get cold enough for snow pants, but we have on occasion had a little bit of snow but yes it does get cold here.

My son has had his share or cold bottom spankings and some where his bottom is cool/crisp. When I spank him at bed time especially after a bath or shower he will be naked for a while and by the time he has his pjs on, his bottom is quite cool to the touch. And seems to be louder and more painful as I spank as well when his bottom is cold to cool.

Daniel my son is 10 and he has the most beautiful round little boy bubble but, a sight to see under his slacks, shorts an pajama bottoms but a wonderful sight to see when bare. Spanking his cold bottom after he has come in from the cold, where at times he has not wanted to come in or we have been out and about in the winter really brings his spanking up a level spanking a cold bottom thats for sure .
