When you have announced a spanking, say at bedtime or when on the way home, do you go over how you will do it in your mind beforehand? This could range from “this time they’re really gonna get it” to “maybe I was to hasty so I’ll go easy” to thoughts about where, how bare, to implements, etc.

If you were the one to get it, do you remember what thoughts you had about apologizing, pleading your case, planning on crying asap, etc.?
