Hi Mark,

If your son was making faces when he sat down that evening, it does indeed sound like you and the hairbrush performed the task quite well! Just curious, did you have an opportunity to see BJ’s bottom the next day? Just curious how it was looking after a session with the hairbrush.

You asked my opinion about your daughter. It sounds like her need for spankings are winding down (or are they?) but I would think at her age the hairbrush may be a very good option, especially as you mentioned about your son experiencing it. Has your daughter had the hairbrush before by her mom or would this be her first experience?

I agree with Mary! If you switch to a hairbrush, please do save your trusty slipper! It sounds like it has performed its duties well for many years and has sentimental value!

Please let us know what you decide as far the future of the hairbrush and slipper in your beautiful household!
