Well firstly, I did not know about cold water being slower to turn to ice than hot water. Wobbling molecules, I suppose!

Wobbling bottoms that have been soundly spanked might cause a child to run to his or her room for a good cry and sulk, you'd have thought. As evidenced by the responses to this thread, the opposite is true. They feel closer to a parent and more affectionate and obedient. Interesting, and encouraging you get the same response spanking your stepchildren. They have taken to you as their second Mom. Must be heart warming for you.
