Hi Amanda
It depends a little on age and gender and the anatomical differences between girls and boys. With my daughter Vera and now also with nine-year-old Mila, my legs are together. Even with younger boys like Emil. With Jan and Marek, they are often apart so that their private parts can hang freely. Sometimes they kick and wriggle so wildly that I put them over my left leg and lock them with the other leg. Of course they are often a bit sexually aroused, but so far there have been no unexpected 'accidents' with my boys, you know what I mean.
