First of all, I do keep watch on them while they do corner time. Believe me, it isn't such a 'chore' on my part. But I don't allow rubbing as it certainly burns and stings a great deal still, and part of the additional portion of corner time is having to deal with it. They are able to rub their bottom (and thighs) all they want when it is over. And trust me, they do. Quite emphatically!
