I am new to this forum and not yet a spanker as I am college and only 20 years old. I am from South Carolina and I can attest bare bottom spanking is alive and well. I have four younger brothers from age 12-17 and I have witnessed all of them spanked at one time or another with all their clothes removed below the waist. My 17 year old brother is still spanked bare bottom but it is more rare now He only gets spanked 3-4 times a year.

My brothers could be spanked in the bedrooms, rec room, living room or kitchen and my parents do not care if others are around. Once I had two friends over a few years back and my brother and two of his friends had snuck out of the house and got caught. All three got spanked bare in the living room and I and my friends saw the spanking. It was super embarrassing for the boys.

So bottom line bare spanking is still alive and well in the south.
