Hello everyone!

I'm in a scientific mood. I have heard numerous times, from many parents on this forum and elsewhere that spankings seem to help their children sleep more soundly?

Now it seems like a crazy idea but it doesn't have any science experiments behind it, so let's make one LOL! :-)

Time to make my hypothesis, "If I spank a child before bedtime he or she will sleep more soundly and be less frumpy the next day"

Scientists, let's create a experiment schedule to follow, for me personally my subjects bedtime schedule would be:

1. Shower/Bathtime
2. Teeth brushed
3. Get dressed for bed
4. Journal
5. Over scientist mommy's lap
6. Snuggles
7. Lights out, put to bed

Now as distinguished scientists let's try and follow our schedules to a T, don't want to confuse our subjects after all!

To gauge if a restful night of sleep has occurred we can observe if our test subjects are cranky the next day.

I prospect that implementing this practice will result in less bratty children but also a down tick in daytime spankings!

Ofcourse all we need now is our scientists and our subjects. Any volunteers?

I'm sure Charlie will be a very happy test subject, LOL!

Don't take me too seriously, I am just being silly over here :-) I do have a spanking itch that needs a scratching!
