Ashertith merely folded his wings complacently. I�m not cocky. I�m just reasonably confident that the link Xiualith and my riders have will be a strong enough pull for her to choose me. The brown�s eyes turned amber in amusement. And Venieth, if your rider wishes to disguise her attraction to Xanth�s, she had best try a little harder. M�att has already guessed.

But then Xiualith�s distress appeared to communicate itself to the young brown, who in turn sent it to M�att. �Synthis?� He asked gingerly, before looking at Lily and J�xom. �Can we pick this up again later? I�m not sure that any of this has helped Synthis.� He couldn�t resist the slight dig at Lily � he was still hurt that she would think he could hurt someone. �Come and find me later, alright?�

((The K�rou plot involves Arrth flying K�rou�s Revlith, and then general misery ensuing when K�rou asks L�van to stay with him. L�van wants to but (a)is uncomfortable to think he might be bisexual because he comes from a family where that just doesn�t happen (kinda like mine, I guess), so he thinks it�s wrong and (b)fancies Physaya. Physaya is of course hurt that the guy she wants is even CONSIDERING having a relationship with someone else, and so there is much misery.
