As I've commented earlier you've done a great job with both your daughters, and it's clear from your own comments and from others on this group that if you let your children choose to live barefoot as often as they can they are more likely to become barefooters in adulthood.

Or to put it simply, if they never wear them, they'll never need them. Why, because they've had a chance to learn over a long period, just what their bare feet are capable of and the instincts to be barefoot safely in a way that adult barefooters may have more trouble gaining.

All that said, when did you allow your daughters to start going barefoot and did they both start at the same time?
