So far the summer holidays have been great for my kids feet. It's pretty much rained everyday and at times felt like autumn rather than summer. So we've had lots of wet footprints and muddy hikes. I'm hoping the weather turns around for the vacation.

We are going to a lovely little cottage by the coast but it's very remote and only has a small village. We have a lot of walks and hikes planned some of which will be challenging for bare feet so I am looking forward to seeing how that goes.
