Hello, Carol and all!

I am not barefoot all the time but I noticed it's much easier if I keep walking barefoot a little almost every day so I don't have all soft and tender fragile soles next spring! So I'm not "strict about myself". I just go barefoot whenever it's fun which is indoors all the time, in school too, for short walks outside when it's frosty, longer walks when it's a little warmer, from about 5°C up I can be barefoot constantly.
Yes I have leathery feet, I'm now 17 years old and I've been barefoot all summer for years, just going more into the winter now, I'm careful and I don't like freezing feet but it's a wonderful thing to adjust my circulation to the cold.
I also noticed the sky might get dry and cracking in winter so I apply cream which I don't need in summer. Perhaps it's the coldness or the snow.
I'm looking forward to spring though when I'll feel the warm ground under my bare feet again! Even the first days of sunwarmed roads when the air is still cold are magic!
