My son and daughter are confident in showing off their feet also. I would say because we never made a big fuss over feet and footwear they naturally grew up and developed with their feet bare that showing feet is like showing your hands.

My daughter is now starting to decorate her feet with nail polish, toe rings, anklets and barefoot sandals all of which I say actually draw attention to her bare feet.
