Hi, Sandra

They both now go out barefoot every day whenever the weather isn't too cold. In the garden, in the street, to the playground. They just don't like gravel roads. We let them go barefoot wherever they enjoy. Luckily that's no problem in the public places here. When I take them to town on a sunny day I'll wear shoes but just take a pair of sandals for each along, just in case, usually we don't need them so I have the delightful view of two pairs of happily free and bare soles padding along, maybe getting black but that's not disturbing any of us. It's lovely how strong and tough they get and playing barefoot also encourages them to go out more.

Your kids go barefoot in winter? That's tough! Depends on what kind of winter you get there though ... even around christmas it can be sunny and mild!
