Dirty soles on a daily basis just come with the barefoot lifestyle. The dirtiest my sons soles have become in recent times was just a few days ago when we went out via public transport for a hike in the woods and ponder round the nearby town. His (and mine) soles had a thick crust of dirt and grime by the end of the day. We'd hike in the woods and collected up cool mud that clung to our soles which in turn attracted the street grime to stick to our bare soles.
