I am finished a complete full exercise and punishment ok 😭. My mentor took the weekend off work and even though today is only Thursday. My parents woke me up really early and my instructor came about ten minutes later and we had something to eat together. He was asking me about my week since my last maintenance session and have I been enjoying my week off school and again about my grades and everything else. Then he was cuddling with me and said get undressed which is only panties and nothing else. He said he was going to spank me along with my parents and said over my moms lap first and she gave me 100 spanks on my bottom and my daddy done it on my thighs and my instructor did my bottom and thighs 100 times and I was crying and still am ok 😢. Then we went out our back garden to the obstacle course my daddy made for me and I just had my climbing shoes 👟 on me and did it three times and rested and over his lap and spanked 250 times and rest for a while and then stretching and over a bench and I am not going to keep arguing with everything ok sorry and I had my knees on the ground and tummy and chest on the bench and spread my legs and got the lexan paddle 200 times on my bottom and thighs and I screamed my head off and he hugged me and rested for a while and then more stretching and obstacle course three times again and 150 jumping jacks and rest for a while and then stretching and on the ground and in the diaper position and my parents held my legs apart and my instructor strapped my bottom and thighs and 20 on my bottom hole and 30 on my vulva and hugged me and rested for a while and then 100 press ups and stretching and rest for a few minutes and then the obstacle course four times and stretches and rest for a while. Then we went inside and he spanked me with his hand again 100 times and hugged me and said massage time and on my front first. I wrote you a long message which you have obviously returned completely since, I wish you'd replied to my message two messages ago which has just a couple of questions for you. What a session that was. Hey at least it wasn't 1,000 hits like last week. I'm guessing the switch leaves nasty stripes across your cute bottom. I think I totally get the bench in the garden now. You simply lean over it like you would on a table with your knees on the ground and your legs spread far apart. But no switching this time. You said you have a treadmill machine I'm sure you meant treadmill. When you say you went 250 times on that does that mean 250 steps as you were running? Also you said that your parents held your legs in the diaper position on the ground for strapping. Did you mean to say that? Were you actually on your back on the ground in the back garden to have your bum and bum hole and vulva strapped? That's a lot of strapping. I might request that you be strapped 50 times directly on your vulva after the climbing session on Sunday just to feel a part of the session and be closer to you. Your parents said that you were worn out in a sleep on the sofa? That really was quite a workout and now I guess you're going to get a bath and put to bed. I'm so proud of you for just surviving today session. It really shows what a strong and courageous girl you are. Now we have two days ahead until Sunday. I really don't want to be out of contact for 2 days and would love to know about what you're up to. What kinds of things you're doing and what kinds of fun you're having. I think it's amazing that you're coach doesn't spank you at all for those two days but you probably need them to relax and recoup. I really did answer all your questions though ok 😔 and I am going to the climbing centre on Sunday. I am really glad you get what I mean now by the bench and sorry I meant we have a treadmill and rowing machine for exercises and it was the rowing machine I was on sorry 😔. Yes my parents held my legs back in the diaper position in the back garden. What is the name of the zoo? It seems like all zoos have great websites. But did I get it right that you were climbing around the zoo? I can see where that would get you in trouble because no matter how docile those animals look, they are all really dangerous unless you are a trained handler, and even those guys get in trouble. So even though you said no spanking, it sounds like he spank you without panties when you did that. I'm guessing it was without panties due to the guy licking his lips and rubbing in front of you. So does that mean that you had to walk around with your bare bottom exposed for 20 minutes? That really is embarrassing. Did the guy with the bulge in his pants follow you all around? I'm glad that you had such a great time. What a nice outing. There was a zoo where I used to live in Santa Barbara and it was always lots of fun to check out the animals there. I told her I would love to know what level she's at now, in the US I'll bet she's easily 5.8 or higher. Her discipline is really impressive. With your permission, I'd like to give her a treat during this next Sundays climbing session. When she is finished, and only when she is finished with everything I'd like to have her lay down on a bench and spread her legs and have her vulva strapped relatively hard 50 times. I told her that that indicates how much I really love her and how much I love what she's doing. I would love to have her have a reminder of that all the way home and maybe beyond. I don't really care if you do that or her instructor, I would just love to see 50 relatively hard lashes directly on her vulva. This of course is up to you, but I think that would be great. Because I was trying to get through to you from yesterday and to say that I am not feeling well and I still wanted to go climbing today .But my instructor said no because my health is more important than anything else and was saying that he was not arguing with me and that I am not well. But if I continue to argue with him and my parents. I will not only have a high temperature from being unwell. But from having a scorched little bottom ok 😭 and he gave me a couple of baths yesterday and said we could just relax for the weekend ok and we talked about everything and he was cuddling me on his lap watching a movie and I fell asleep. He said hello to you and thank you for everything and of course my mommy and daddy said hello to you like always. But I am pretty sad 😢😭 about not going climbing ok and I have a cold he said and I can barely see my messages ok 😭. That was very good and responsible of your coach to say no climbing for today. That's an important lesson to take with you throughout your entire life. If you're not up to it, don't do it. Too many climbers have learned that lesson the hard way or are just not with us anymore. So good for him. I hope you get over this thing quickly. I noticed that not too many of my maintenance people get sick, and I wouldn't be surprised if it has to do with keeping in shape for maintenance. I will see him tomorrow though and he said he expects me to be ready and waiting for him at the school gates and if I am late he will roast my bottom so I cannot sit down for the next week omg 😱. I always love hearing about it and the progress you have made. I can't believe how wonderfully generous you're coach is. 500 pounds is a lot even in the USA and he must really love working with you. Also he's giving your parents some very nice coupons as well. I know you love him. I think you can expect him to be extra strict tomorrow since you missed the whole week. It sounds like he is not going to fool around picking you up right at the school gate and probably having you strip naked in the car right there and do something.
