Subject: Agree. But I think it stems much deeper than location and modernization…MOSP has nothing to offer…anyone. Not the community that used to line the streets for the parade, nor contestants. They make no efforts to raise funds or awareness. Period. There is zero appeal. Other states pack ‘em in…with a show, things they WANT to buy and participate in, and a reason to really attend and compete.
