On the Guru board it says Miss America orientation will be in Ohio. Is that true?

[> [> [> Subject: Posts often mention missing scholarships, but no firsthand non-receipt cases. Unsure if true or just enduring rumor. Heard of cases where girls didn't file paperwork for scholarships. Money directly pays school bills/loans, not handed out. Must be used for educational costs. If rightful submission yields no funds, contacting state attorney general needed, as it could be fraud. MO processes scholarships quickly after getting paperwork.

[> [> [> [> Subject: That's not what's being discussed here. Robin is not paying any scholarships which were previously won. All the past award winners won't get their scholarships. She also reneged on allowing scholarships to be used to pay student loans.

[> [> [> [> [> Subject: The non-profit under Shantell’s leadership should be the one to pay those scholarships and who exactly has not received them? Also, I disagree with the no more payment of student loans but this is now the Robyn show. Private company and no board so she only answers to herself. She is going to lose more girls because they don’t want or need to go back to school but still have student debt. Unless they are just chasing the crown there is no point if you aren’t currently in school. There are work arounds that in my opinion aren’t ethical but a lot of pageants breed unethical behavior.
