They don't allow anyone to advance to Finals who's not ready for the role, and they do it through the Composite Score. Girls who are high performing but need time to develop are scored 6-7 and those ready for MA, 9-10. Emily L won interview last year, Caroline is very accomplished & articulate, Lauren is also accomplished & her socials are the best in years. Interview will carry them to finals.
