Subject: Baylee is simply too robotic on-stage. That’s the biggest issue imo. She is incredibly beautiful, talented, and has a great personality when it shines through, like at the parade. However, she is incredibly stiff and robotic when she models. It irks me every time she competes. Additionally, an argument could be made that her participating in volunteer hurt her as well, but it’s hard to know that for certain. We all know Steven wouldn’t like it though. And I agree, Baylee comes off as a less mature than some others. This doesn’t have to be a bad thing if marketed correctly, but I don’t think she knows how to do that.

In reply to: she just enjoys competing 's message, "Baylee is a lovely, good-hearted young woman who's a good competitor and is very supportive of the program. She's now competed at MO 5 seasons with a record of T10, NF, 2RU, 3RU, T10. #1 reason she didn't make finals- this year is the most competitive I can remember in at least a decade. Baylee strikes me as having a very childlike demeanor; not childISH, but tender and vulnerable which can come off as needy. MA's direction is a fierce, accomplished, glamorous woman, like our MA Madison. If I were a judge and therefore didn't know of her, I would believe, compared to others, she's not emotionally up to the job of a state titleholder. She's also dangerously thin. Don't come at me with reasons or it's 'fitness', the fact of the matter is she looks dangerously thin and that's not a standard I want presented to young girls. She was strong in every onstage category, but there were stronger (including Stephanie who won both prelims)." on 11:32:55 06/17/24 Mon
