Long ago, Stephen didn't like the Teen director (but he liked her money), so the board passed a resolution that after 10ys members would have to step down, so they could get rid of her. What they really didn't think through was at some point, it would affect them. Stephen was forced to step down after the 2014 season and knew the board that had been working to get him out for years would not reinstate him. So, he went to Sam. No explanation was ever given as to why the MAO "did not renew" Ohio's license and an RFP was released. Sam gave the license right back to Stephen and the whole ruse was exposed. It absolutely crushed those of us who believed Miss America was run legitimately, finding out the national program- Sam, was just as corrupt and self-serving we knew Ohio to be. -- Miss Ohio Chat
