If I were you - I would have try those cards without 3.3v regulator first. You have a good chance that they won't require 3.3v at all.

You can always add it later if you'll need it.

However what might be necessary for PCI cards (as Chris already suggested in this thread) - is an additional PSU. CC's original one may be not powerful enough.
