Subject: Mystic upgrade questions again

I have a Color Classic, and I purchased a LC575 systemboard. I have read many conflicting ways of putting these two together. I don't think I can do any soldering or systemboard mods. HDD is a 500md Apple drive. I have the enabler files, currently 1.1 is in the system folder, tried I wish I were. The system will boot from a 8.0 disk tools floppy but not from the HDD. I can run this system fine from the floppy disk load the OS etc but when ever I boot from the HDD bus system error. What gives?
1) Tried clean install of 7.6.1 multi system and when system boots from HDD (hard drive) I get a system bus error.
2) Tried clean install of 8.0 and upgraded to 8.1 same thing system bus error.

Is there a way I can do an easy mystic, I guess I didn't research enough, this looked so easy. Please let me know.
Thanks in advance
