Subject: CDR drive for 575 Mac

I have a working Mac 575 that I have used to test 575 logic cards in. It does not have the internal CD ROM drive.

Anyone on this forum have a dead 575 that you have pulled the logic card from and you are not using? Does it have the internal CD ROM drive in it?

If so, would you like to sell me the drive, mounting hardware and ribbon connector? I have two 575 80ns VRAM SIMMS I could trade for it as well.

I see many CDROM drives on ebay. Can I just buy any one and drop it in? I hope to crack the case of the 575 and go inside in the next day or so so I can learn more.
