What we need from MicroMac are photos or diagrams of all the Quadra-type _slot-less_ cache cards they make so that we can see the layout in relation to what's on the 575 board, together with any other technical stuff, unless they know that one will definitely fit in a 575. From their ad, it's not clear what the differences are between the three that they list. My guess is that the CALC128 is the best bet.

Forget the IIci cache card idea. It's a total red-herring. The IIci slot is just for 68030-type caches. We're dealing with a 68040 processor. It's not an option. Period. :-(
