Good news!

The previous owner of my Mystic had clocked it OK to 40MHz, but found that the screen had 'dots' above that, presumably because the 80ns VRAM couldn't cope.

Jack kindly bought for me and shipped a set of the 70ns VRAM parts, and the CC works fine now with no screen 'dots' at 43MHz. 21.6Mhz is the fastest oscillator I have atm, so pushing the envelope further must await some faster oscillators. In the mean time I must d/l MacBench 2 and get some figures. . . . :-)
