Subject: 70ns 512Kb VRAM report

I picked up the 70ns 512K VRAM SIMMS today from Memory Time (a local Mac and PC computer memory company in Portland Oregon).

The SIMMS have two chips on them. On the back it says
"Cubig inc 1994, made in the USA VM 512K"

I removed the two 80ns VRAMS SIMMS in my Mystic, and replaced them with the new 70ns SIMMS. The machine booted just fine. Checking the monitor icon in Control Panel, it reported "thousands" of colors (as it did before).

The SIMMS cost me $19.00 for two.
