Perhaps, possibly. AFAIK, we're still not certain about physical layout issues, nor whether they'll run at 40MHz. If they won't, then a 40MHz un-cached is likely to be pretty close to a 33MHz cached.

But I think if we see _any_ slot-less 040 cache card in the up to $30 range, it would be worth getting it.
