6.6c/kWh is cheap. We pay about 8c here in Michigan!
The CC draws about 100-140 watts and the Mystic mods shouldn't really change that much. Exact specs are in GURU, which is available on LEM.
As Stuart said, you'd be far better off using something like a Quadra 605/LC475 for the task, since it draws no more than 47 watts (depending on power supply) and can be run monitor-less for minimal power consumption.
