The 57x are all the same board; the 577 and 578 were just Performa variants with different HDs and software bundles.

The 58x is about 40mm longer (in the dimension perpendicular to the edge connector) than the others. If a 58x/63x board is inserted into a CC, it will stick out the back about 40mm and will very obviously not fit. Major surgery will be required to make a 58x board work with a CC chassis and analogue board.

In addition, the 58x board has a different edge connector from that in the 57x; I believe the 58x edge connector is slightly wider relative to the width of the board than the one in the 57x is.
