The font Apple uses on their Macs (and in their brochures, etc.) is a special version of Garamond with slightly altered character spacing. It's called AppleGaramond and, while not officially available to the public, can probably be found with some diligent searching on Google.

There's another club in Japan - I think it's called the "CCS6100" or something similar (basically the 6100 version of the CCSCC) - that actually has modified badges available for sale. They've somehow gotten their hands on a bunch of blank badges and printed up their own names (6100/G3, for example) on the badges. While I'm not sure of the exact process they used, I don't imagine it would be too incredibly difficult to find their page (I'd post it here if I remembered it) and get in touch with them about this sort of thing.

Another possibility, if you have access to a good dye-sub printer or something that can actually print white ink (don't laugh - a lot of printers can't), you could spray-paint the badge like you wanted it and then print whatever name you wanted on the badge with the printer. Apply a couple clear coats over that and you should be just fine :)

This is mostly me talking "in theory" here, so if anyone actually manages to turn this theory into practical application, let me know...
