Moms,

When your daughters were getting old enough to have the period talk, how did you teach them about period protection e.g. how to use a pad or a tampon?

Did you just talk to them? Show them what you do, using yourself/your panties as a demonstration or using a pair of her panties for demonstration (for pads)?

Did you make your dau show you that she knew how to use or insert the protection?

Moms, answering these questions can help single dads know how to have that talk with their daus.
