Darlene, you have every right to feel the way you do. You are being raised by people who should be in a psych ward or in prison. I wish there was some sane adult in your life who could help and, ultimately, protect you.

This isn't even about being for or against spanking kids. It can be an effective method of discipline for some, if done fairly, moderately, and with parental love. I don't know what to call what is being done to you, other than exploitation and pure abuse. I hope you can convince your family to stop it, or find someone with the legal authority to stop them.
