Thanks to both of you. Seems the main potential "problem" is always the quality of the soap. About avoiding fast any swallowing with a young child, I have heard of scraping the surface of the bar with a toothbrush and then brushing their teeth and tongue. A Dad told me he has used liquid soap (Ivory) on his 6 yo boy with no problem : he squirts a little in his mouth and he has to swish it around and then spit it out.
Anyway it is not meant to be done frequently !
