The feis organizers already stated on this board that they couldn’t commit this year due to personal reasons, but were supportive of another school taking it on for the year in the hopes it would still be there for the community. Hopefully that can happen. Many feiseanna & details of them are announced around 6-8 weeks ahead, I find that’s pretty common. St. Ambrose and McKeever for example put out Instagram Save the Dates in that time frame.

I think we all know to take the region feis calendar with a grain of salt by now. Many times things have fallen through, but not been taken off the calendar (SF Feb feis in 2023, Labor Day weekend in San Diego this year). You can’t take it personally. Travel if you don’t want to wait and see, or take a chance. Life happens…
