Subject: The awards ceremony approach should be redone.

The awards ceremonies at O are, dare I say, torturous. The poor kids placing at the bottom of the recall having to stand up there for 5-10 minutes to watch the celebrations of the top 5. Announcers feeling the need to pause every 10 dancers and shout it out. Why can't we do it the way it's done at worlds and even in some other regions? Announce the results before, then everyone is prepared and knows what they are getting and won't be upset or obnoxious onstage. I get that the anticipation for the winners may be exciting, but consider the other 50 competitors.
