It may be harmless but your step daughter is old enough to have sexual urges. If your son has started puberty, he is too. I know of a family who's 15 year old daughter had been changing her 13 yr old step sons diapers to help out. When the daughter wasn't feeling well and stoped having her periods they took her to the doctor. Thats when they found out she was over 6 months pregnant and had been hiding it under baggy clothes. Now they have a toddler to take care of along with their two young teenagers.
