Subject: Changing tables for older children

Do any of you use a changing table with your older children? Two of my 3 children still need diapers and have long outgrown normal changing tables. My 9 year old daughter only needs them at night, but my 11 year old son is in diapers full time and it is unlikely that he will outgrow them any time soon, if ever. Right now I change them either on a bed or on the floor. It works but it's hard on my back and I'm starting to have problems. I'd much rather have them at a comfortable height. I have started looking into buying a changing table for older kids, but would love to hear some recommendations.
