We use a custom made changing table, that my husband made when our oldest outgrew the regular changing table. Nothing fancy, pretty much just a sturdy table. The padding is a separate piece, that can be removed in a few seconds and stored separately. We keep in the boys bedroom, and it's important to them that it doesn't scream "changing table", when they have friends over.
