Hi Jen

for us age regression is a combination of regular hard spankinfs and full time diaper use.
When we set a agre regression punishment it is longer then normal diaper punishment. Normal diaper punishment is minimum one week but age regression is minimum 4 weeks.
So we homeschool there is no problem with going that long.
During age regression the child is reduced to a 6 month old that means eating and sleeping and crying. We have the child full time restrained in the bed including the use of a spreader pants full time. With regular spankings we make sure the child is very sore and crying all day. The room is dark only for diaper changes and meals and checks the light is switched on.
I would like to know about your age regression rules ?
We also use holed bottom plugs to make sure the diapers are always fully used and we have fixed changing times once in the morning and once at bedtime.
