Subject: Long term diaper punishment

I am Thomas Dad of three girls 9, 12 and 14.
We started with diaper punishments on all at age 6.
We use diffrent diaper punishments rules.
But we find long term diaper punishment to be very effective.
As Sally wrote we also diaper them very thick so that we only need to change them once in the morning and once at bedtime.
First that way makes the diapers you need to use very thick and second it makes it very unconfortable for the child.
As a lot of you mentioned we also use enemas and suppositories.
Is spanking used a lot out there too ?
We combine diaper punishments with spankings to make them as uncomfortable as possible during punishments. Anyone of you use bed restrains and if so what kinds are use ?
We use plastic pants and medical bodys with a zipper in the back with a lock.
