I was very happy to read the rules for your girls!
We are similar with our two.
They are 9 & 12 and we also practice long -term things.
Long-term means de facto permanently 24/7.
The actual punishment then lies in tightening the treatment or also reducing the change intervals.
We almost completely do without spanking and regulate everything over the diaper.
A sometimes very strict fixation and restriction of freedom of movement, not only at night is of course also part of it.
I would like to exchange ideas with you at the same wavelength.
