There are some tables meant for older children, teens and even adults if you look at the market for physically disabled or severely autistic people. They tend to be extremely expensive though.

You could also try to contact a local craftsman to get something custom made, but it can also prove expensive.

One cheaper option would be to order something cheap and mass-produced, like a sturdy dresser or low framed shelves.

For example, IKEA's Kallax shelves are very sturdy. Put two of them side by side so you get double the width, and get a thin mattress you can have beneath the changing pad for some extra comfort.

The shelving unit is also perfect for storing diapers, cream, powder, pacifiers, bottles and so on.
It's also possible to add restraints with this set-up, for the more squirmy ones.
