I don't think Botox can work permanently in any form. Not even with long term applications.
It has been tried and tested in the field of diaper disciplines for decades (even if almost nobody talks about it) and has no long term aftermath after stopping.

The only thing that really takes is the re-training of the bladder control. Made for 10 years with Botox incontinent, a year of training may be necessary. But even that works.
With our girls you can already see it if you miss the appointment to "inject again" for just a week that they start to get horny if you rub them for a little too long when changing diapers.
